I picked it up and honestly it's just a hyped up CoD2. Same game in different era.
It's just mindless run and gun paired with poor AI and the exact same voices from the CoD2 Nazis, I thought it got pretty boring. If anything I enjoyed Half-Life 2 much better. Even graphics-wise Half-Life 2 w/ HDR looked better.
And plus I prefer tactics anyway, running around in a defined route with a bunch of worthless bots is just boring. By worthless I mean, even the teammates in GoW can kill off some enemies and not die so easily. And there seems to be infinite backups when they die......

It's easy for those who never played Crysis to say it sucks or it's worse than CoD4.
The nanosuit Koreans in cloak at night was the hardest. Outflanking them wasn't an easy job at all, it almost felt like playing Metal Gear in FPS style.
Agreed. It actually feels like playing online with real people, except they don't accuse the player of hacking.
