it was not all of a sudden, at EURO 2004 they had a good coach and followed theyr orders blindely. they did not deserve it, they play ugly, Theyr game plan is to not let the other team play, andthat is just so damn boring to watch, and play. it kills soccer when you play like the greeks did. they won most of theyr matches by scoring the single goal of the game.

as for greek clubs go, olympiacos and panathinaikos have allways had a far amount f success during the ninetees.

Dynamo is a allways an enjoyable team to whatch because they play very agressivly , and allways hunting for the goal! to me the surprise of this years champion's league is SHAKTAR, they beat BARCA 3-0 this week bracelona were using a "b" team , but talk about exiting with style.

i doubt they will win this year.
most players are getting old, and their coach could not even coach a third devision team.
if its not braca, it will most likely be chelsea. undefeated(almost), with great players( drogba, ricardo carvalho, duff , lampard, paulo ferreira, smertin), the best coach at the moment( mourinho), and if that doesnt work, mr. Abramovich can allways buy more players.

i dont like it either , but i must say.. it works terribly well.

I know this, this was included in my phrase "all of a sudden" so don't use it as a reason to disprove anything. Greek was not a force to be reckoned with before Euro2004.

i was just saying that they DIDINT get good all of a sudden, they are still not good. theyr coach ound a tactic that work and stuck to it.
but if u read what i wrote below you would see that i also said that greek clubs WERE a force before the euro.

i hope liverpool do, but i fear that we lack a sufficient strike force. so realistically i'd say that chelsea could win it . they look lioke they are playing as a co-ordinated team in europe and are getting good results
