I can't decide which one I would take. They are both nice cars.

Also if someone can post some pics it would be very helpful.

That's actually one of the reasons I wouldn't want the M5. Too many electronics take away from the fun of driving, and I've read iDrive is difficult to use. Give me something easy to use and fun to drive.

The picture there isn't the V. The STS-V has a wire mesh grill. But this is a hard choice....I am going with the Bimmer because I prefer European cars but its close.

Hands down any day of the week for the M5. So stunning with the V10 and 7speed.

There is no way in hell I would choose a Caddy over a BMW. The only thing I wish the M5 had is a proper 6 speed manual

I would go with STS-V just because its GM made and well I hate BMW...I saw a M5 the other day stuck into a telephone pole......I thought they handled good on ice?

I'm going to go with the Caddy on this one. I've tried so hard to understand the styling of the M5, but I just dont get it. The caddy is a handsome car with rather simple styling. Call me crazy, but I prefer the tried and true northstar V8 to some exotic V10 with a crazy gearbox. Not needed.

Accidents happen due to several factors and not only the car's handling. It could have been some idiot in a hurry or simply a bad driver.

    Cad.

Why? Short answer, because its a Cad.

Long answer: I don't like BMW's at all, and I love Cadillacs, even ones that aren't my kind of luxo-barge Cadillacs of yore. The BMW has too much lets-see-how-many-gratuitous-computers-we-can-fit whiz-bang technology that won't work for very long (though the Cad is guilty of heavily indulging in technology, it's to a lesser degree), the Cadillac looks better, and I prefer the sound of a V8 to a V10 by a long shot. And did I mention that it's because it's a Cadillac?
