Please do not be derogatory about this site, because it actually does a lot of good, and raises huge amounts for charity!!!

    Thank you!
but it still doesn't qualify as a cool autoweb site, which was the point of this thread i believe.

Actually, in my opinion this does qualify as a cool auto website Fly Girl!

I personally think that it is very cool that these awesome cars are being put up for the public to buy tickets for, and the fact that the number of tickets is strictly limited gives an absolutely incredible chance of winning the car!!!!!!

Pretty cool if you ask me!!
THIS FORUM is clearly better than web sites touting for business !

What is also pretty cool about it is that a huge 10% of all ticket sales go to Cancer Research UK!

Yep, just wish they were more OPEN about the 15 thousand to charity adn 31 thousand to self. Adninstration ? yeah, like ONE legal contract - that can be reused fro all auctions - and a web site ?
Sorry, I dont' want to put down what is being done as it IS good that SOME money is oing to cahrity.

BUT, the moral dilemma is still there.
Of that 30 pounds each person is giving how much might thay have given DIRECTLY to charity anyway ?
I'm guess a hell of a lot more than 3 POUNDS.

Good luck to him, but stop advertising it here.

You got your one shot, now drop it.

There is 3 people on a boat with loads of children running around it, the 3 people are: 1. Bob geldof, 2. Ozzy Osbourne, and 3. Micheal jackson, they're sailing out for the G8 live aid, they've hit a rock and they're sinking, bob says: "save the children!" ozzy says: "Fuc the children!"

Micheal says "have we got time?"
