i think in many ways Painterr was the one who got most of us into chopping... but i dont see how this thread is going to get him back... well, i dont think it's going to be so effective anyway.

thats what i'm thinking - if he's left, then what makes people think he'll ever see this thread? he'll either ignore it, or read all these signatures from people he doesn't know

    Why did he leave anyway?

that's what i thought... but then i missed the part in teh first post where Esperante said that he's going to email him. I dont think he wants to have anything to do with UCP or the members anyway, coz he was so mad when he left.

This thread makes us sound so desperate... it gives the impression like he's the GOD of chopping who we need so badly... i want him back becoz he was a great member and chopper and he contributed quite a lot to this forum.

Add me to the list, although I started chopping only two weeks ago. I don't think he knows me at all.

Damian/Rock. Chopping hasn't been the same with your absence, for your constructive criticism, your great tutorials, construction of the chop-comps, and your overall positive attitude. Sorry to see you go, but if UCP isn't the place for you, we all understand.

    Jim/UK CARS,

I knew him well on Ucp,
He helped me out with chopping, and gave us all free plug ins and choppin goodies.

Id like to see him return.

Ucp's best ever chopper and Ucp's original chopper.

Because of some trivial problem with posting pics which was traced to a problem at his end, rather than the site IIRC.
    Thanks for all the fish
