    re: Carlover's pic

with a 1/2 sec exposure (like he used) you can ghost things into a pic easy. i'm sure that was how he created this pic, which is fine in the comp, since he claims to not have 'shopped it. as long as the pic is 'original from the camera' you should be allowed to do anything like this.

I used IrfanView. Ill see if photoshop does a better job.

edit: with photoshop, I dont see much of a difference.

Looking at both picture side by side. Your write, photoshop does a much better job! But with IranView you can select a whole group of pictures to be resized, and photoshop only one.

yep i thought so. IRFanView is notorious for sometimes creating artifacts. but for convenience it really is great. since i want my name on my pics i resize for my site now i need to use PS. unless there is a way to have IRfanView do that. do you know?

I managed to get a picture of it though and I thought, "Hey, this is a good picture! I'll use it next comp!". So here I am. THIS HAS NOT BEEN EDITED WHATSOEVER. I believe you. It's really easy to do that. Just set the exposure for a while, and move the model while it's taking the picture. I've made ghosts of myself using that technique. Freaky stuff.

Yes, that's how I did it. It was very fun too.

Exactly what I did. And I set my camera to self timer and made some gohst images of myself also. I'll put them up. Tons of fun.

Edit: Here's a picture of my ghost.
