    Honda Civic.

everyone thinks it's some superfast car, when it's just an econobox.

The McLaren F1. Many believe it to be the best car in the world bar none, and that is not the case.

I'll second the Civic nomination. They're economy cars...most of the time misteken by kids as luxury cars/sports cars/something to give a hoot about.

Ferrari Enzo. It's just the same as all the other supercars (porsche carrera Gt, Saleen S7, Mercedes Mclaren SLR, etc...) but everybody seems to think it's some kind of warp speed monster that blows all the compition away.

just about any bmw. seriously, who wants a performance car that drives itself? ok, sure they are fast and good handlers, but people act like they are pure bred race cars sometimes.

I'll jump to the defence of BMW and say that many 3-series are villified as performance cars, when they get outrun by little grans, it's all in the breeding, and there are always runts in the litter.

My personal choice would be either a Mercedes Benz M-Class. has limited offroad capability but is popular beyond reason, it's a truck with a Mercedes Grille, your better off going the whole hog and just buying a Mercedes Benz Lorry.

Honda Civic/CRX or anything Nissan that ends w/ GTR. I bet if Nissan made the new 'GTR' but put like NRV (Nismo Racing Version (I just made it up for forum purposes)) all the fanboys would be like, "Don't worry, this is just a sneak-peak at the GTR version that has better acceleration than an Enzo" or some rubbish like that.

Honda Civics, PT Cruisers, Ford Focus, and I think the '05 Mustang is a little overrated.

    Koenigsegg !!

Yep, they're fast and beautiful buth the company has ALWAST wuoted computed figures the cars never reach. Don't know of anyone else who has produced a car so clearly NOT matchign the pre-production computer estimates - until the Veyron hits the streets that is

Chevy Corvette, SSR, and the new GTO - They were all built up way too much before they came out and everyone was totally anticipating them, and now they're here and minus the corvette, they are dissappointing. The 'Vette is just about the same as every other 'Vette in the last ten years, its just got a different engine.
