I removed SppedRacer's vote for FastAutos and UCR's vote for Karc (To make it fair)

Wolf03 voted for FastAutos and since I already took one vote from him I won't take another... His other vote went to CarreraGTCrazy, he has only one vote so it won't harm anybody.

I came up with this TOTALLY awesome way of solving this... The way I see it, if the top three all have the same amount of votes, there's no fair way of seperating them.

So the winner should be the one with the next highest votes. Which is.... Oooooooh! ME!
