    Hydrogen BMW

I was reading on the internet earlier this month and read over something about BMW putting a hydrogen car onto the market. I am aware of the concept they tested. But i'm wondering if they are going to produce is.

yeah, i heard GM is going to start producing hydrogen powerplants for their cars here in the next few years, the only problem is, the only public hydrogen pump in the country is in southern california. they said that a new one will be opening in southern NY, just below the city

I don't think hydrogen will be the future. In fact, I believe oil is a renewable resource.

How is it renewable? You combust it, and break it down into different molcules then it started out as.

If they make something to replace the nice sounds out of combustion engines, and for muscle car type things a "rumbler", then I do not care that they switch. I am happy as long as I have those ncie sounds and rumbling of the engine shaking.

    Care to explain your theory?

I think it is evident that another source of energy is going to arise in the next few decades, hydrogen, electricity, etc.

Can't agree anymore. The Noise a car makes is one of the most important factors of a car IMO.

This is just the first hydro car. There's sure to be more to follow and as they come more "hydro stations" will pop up. Also, I believe that they only give off water and still have about the same power as gas engines.
