    Koenigsegg world speed record video

    this has not long been on koenigsegg's website. the noise of this thing is astonishing, not to mention the speed, apologies if it's a repost. none the less great video, great car...

    wow, not a great film, but 388, thats not a world record either, the 9ff v400 went 391 i believe

    plus if you factor in the fact that the F1 went faster, but on a flat surface, it only went 231 on a banked surface, such as the v400 went, if you put the v400 on the same straight, im sure it would go faster, it beat it on a banked surface, factoring in tire wear/complex aerodynamics, so the same would hold true for the koeniggseggm if you took both to the same place that the f1 set the record, they would both shatter the f1's record

    As far as I have researched, the 9ff v400 did 388km/h. The F1 did 371.8km/h at the Nardo ring, with catalytic converters, and 386.4 km/h at the Ehra-Lessingen circuit without catalytic converters.

    Can't wait till they test it on the straights. Imo, it'll hit 400-402 kmh.

    Nope, just the catalytic converters. However, the Koenigsegg now unites both the modified AND production records. Remember: the 9ff is a modified car while the CCR is like this straight off the production line.
