    Spammer in prison

I've just heard that some idiot from USA has just been sentenced to 9 years for spam. Best laugh so far today (although I've just woke up)! Maybe we all should send him a e-mail (or 200 e-mails ) to cheer him up?

    Some data:
His name is Jeremy Jaynes, he is 30.
He was sending up to 9 milion e-mails a day and he was making a profit of up to 750 000 $ a month. (God damn it!)

No wonder then. That's quite a bit more spam than Karrmann ever did. Just....

so what is wrong with that? Obviously he found enough people stupid enough to buy his products, whatever these were.

The thing is that in Virginia (where he lived) it's forbidden to send anonymous e-mails.
And, really: 9 milion a day? I do see a problem with that.

I hope he will get a computer without any internet connection .
It's like taking a hungry man and putting a table full of food in front of him, but behind bulletproof glass.

He had a stolen list of 84million AOL users whom he kept spamming... there's big money involved in dot.coms nowdays, I just want to know where to sign up!
If I earned $500 000–750 000 a month (imagine the cars you could buy... ) I wouldn't care if I went to prison for 9 months! He'll probably be out in half anyway.
