1950 Aston Martin DB2 Team Car

    Chassis no. LML/50/9

Ex-works Aston Martin team car which was prepared as new, in 1950, to compete in the second postwar Le Mans 24-Hours race. Unfortunately it never made it to the race due to a road accident en route to the Sarthe circuit.

Here's a 1953 DB2 owned by a gentleman from Delta, British Columbia that sees hard duty.

First picture: Le Mans 1951, third place (LML/50/8).

The other pictures shows LML/50/9 rebuilt and raced/tested.
