I use the Aero Glass Beta 2 theme from "Vista Transformation Pack 4.0", the download for that thing's hosted in many sites so just Google it if you want it, although I customized the theme a bit. Then for the dock on top, it's Stardock Objectdock 1.3, pretty handy if you like a clean, organized desktop. And for the sidebar, sorry I can't help you, you have to find the files yourself as I would be risking to be sued my Microsoft if I distribute the sidebar files, and this is the exact sidebar from Vista Build 5432 patched for XP, and yes it's very rare and it costed me hours on Google.

I have stardock also, and your right about keeping a clean desktop. It never gets in the way either like some other docks.
