Your favorite car commercials...

Hello everyone, im going to school to get into advertising and i am also a car guy so i want to pose the question, what is your favorite car commercial? thank you.

As for me i am partial to a 300zx commercial . I may be a little biased since i had one but it is a good commercial also. Its the one where the z car is chased by various other vehicles and each time he shifts he leaves one in the dust but then a bigger one comes along until he gets to the jet then he shifts into 5th and leaves it behind. yep, good stuff.

Oh and it doesnt have to be strictly television commercial, maybe you have a favorite magazine ad.

There's one of a toy 300ZX, the driver is a Ken or a G.I. Joe or something and drives the car inside a house, picks up a Barbie or something etc. Pretty old but cool commercial. Not my favorite though.

There was a pretty good commercial of a red Ford GT in 2003's or 2004's Super Bowl... Anybody has it by any chance?

The first Mustang commercial in the 1960's. I also recall that speed chanel did the best 10 car commercials.You might wanto check on speed.com

i like the porsch commercial when the kid walks in and asks to see the 911 then he asks the guy for his bussiness car and hes like i'll be back in 20 years

and read the first post. And it seems i was a little off on my description of it but thats ok, i havent seen it in so long.

I cant believe i forgot the 300zx doll commercial, that was a really good one. And then it ended with Mr. K laughing at the end. Im sure alot of non car people didnt understand why some crazy old asian guy is laughing at the end of the commercial but i just have to love it.

I really like the c6 commercial when it says introducing the car of you dreams. that really works.

Anybody remember that old subaru commercial w/ the kid drifting on a tricycle? while searching for the z commercial somebody had a short clip of it in their avatar and they were talking about it, i was wondering if anybody can find it.

That VW Golf commercial with the guy singing Mr. Roboto but you don't know it until the end when his friend gets into the car.

I love the NZ 80's Hilux ad where a guy called Barry CRump (R.I.P) Actually drives a Hilux off a cliff, lands, and survives. No special effects, no nothing. I've been trying to find a vid of it but have had no success
