    This is the CLK-LM, not the CLK-GTR, also when Mercedes press-server is telling something else!

    1997 they built the CLK-GTR (front-lights in same configuration as the normal CLK)
    1998 this car, the CLK-LM came out with other front light configuration
    1999 they built the CLR as the last car of their Le Mans engagement with a totally different codywork (that was the car which rolled massively in Le Mans)
    WRC - That's motorsport!

    Press "Funk" and you can talk to the box
    Press "Boo" and you have a little bit more power, it's the booster button

    The "Boo' is actually peeling off, what it means, I do not know, however, I would guess that it has one more letter such as "k" or "t" or "4"

    Right then, German dictionary time! Apparently Funk is german for radio, which makes sense. However, the only german word in my 'Collins Gem' German mini dictionary that starts 'boo' is boot, which is German for boat, as in das boot.

    Go figure...

    As I said:

    Funk = radio

    Boo = Booster

    Try and write an Email to AMG they will tell you the same...

    Sorry if I cannot express myself correctly, but I don't know English as good as I want, so my answers will probably be the same in many cases.

    What happened to the version without all the fancy race decals?
    I thought they had to produce road going models to homologate it, so 25 CLK-GTR's were produced, possibly all in silver, I am not sure.
    Also, it seems that sometimes it has that spoiler, and sometimes it has a different one...

    All the street-going models were different from the race cars to make them street legal, spoilers included.

    The ones you saw with a similar wing were probably 1 of the 5 Roadsters.

    Only 1 Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR is in a different color to my knowledge, and that's the more commonly known SuperSport (7.3AMG engine) in red.
