About 10,000 Be-1 were sold in Japan, Pao being even more popular - with approx. 50,000 units sold.

There was also a third one (and most famous one) - Figaro. As 20,000 were built, demand for this model was so huge that Nissan sold the car by staging a lottery to pick who could take orders for the car.
Well they were labelled as concepts where I found them. I guess that the Pao followed the same route the Be-1 did.

The EV Guide (type II) was exhibited at the 26th Tokyo Motor Show in 1985 and is a one-box type, six-seater electric car (remodeled after the show to add a roof). The clean performance of this electric car made it ideal for transporting royalty and other state guests on VIP factory visits, and it performed admirably as a guide car for many years.

The designers aimed at creating a 4WD Super Sports model with maximum maneuverability. Later, the type II was unveiled in 1987 with modifications to improve efficiency, such as a vertically mounted engine.
