    SMART Z car

This has got to be the craizies transplant of a bike engine into a car yet.

Take an ugly, slow bug and make it evil...... 0-60 in under 6seconds and could maybe go faster but it looks like it wants to wheelie !!!

Two crazy video clips at that site, just listen from the inside at http://www.smartsrus.com/images/evil...s/DSCF0248.AVI whre they make that thing go 0-118mph ! No aerodynamics here

I'd love one just for the fun of pissing off all the boy-racers in the TESCO car park on a cruise night

( Z-cars do Lotus 7 rep upgrades and have developed a TWIN bike ingined Mini - real one - that is road legal ! )

    Hmm, it does for me
BUT, sorry I've just realised it's 8Mb so it will take a long time for anyone on dialup.
Maybe if you just leave it, it will complete.

    AWESOME !!!!
I'm not a fan of the SMART cars, but I have thought the roadster has potential with an engine to back up its looks.

That is soooo cool I liked the Smart a lot before I actually got into cars, and this is the best I've seen it yet, other than the Brabus V6 Coupe

If you can keep the speed up through corners it's quite lively. It takes a committed line in to make it fly. Brake-point-and-squirt just doesn't work.

Now, with 2 bikes engines pushing it along, hmmmm
