Don't tell anyone, but the first orders will be sent out with a complementary sticker.

Well, typical shipping times to NJ would be about 8-10 days max, but unfortunately the shirts are still in actual production right now. Due to the time of year, the screen-printing business is extremely busy, and we're expecting to have stock in hand within 2 weeks. Therefore, the first shipments will be slightly delayed, but I believe I can safely say that orders received this week will have their shirts on their backs before the end of the month.

I'd imagine shipping within Canada would be cheaper and faster right?

IIRC, ALL shipping is VIA Air so the rates are the same for all, unless you drive over to Rob's house and pick it up.

EDIT: See Wouter's post, varies by continent.

Surprisingly shipping throughout North America is about the same, hence the one shipping price for the continent. Similarly the rest of the world is about the same, so in total we have two shipping rates.

Sadly enough, our postal system is pathetically slow. The time to ship a small package like this is within a day difference whether it's Victoria or NYC. The shortest possible shipping time might only be within Ontario.

Shipping costs are within pennies difference too. Since we're shipping these as "Small Packets" in postal terms, the cost is the same within all of N.A.

Just ordered a Ford GT shirt in white and the GT3 shirt in black. Happy to be one of the first, perhaps THE first to order.

Yes, and with some technical difficulty. I think Wouter and I sorted it all out though.

I had already placed my order at another shop outlet and in another time zone, but with deferred payment

No need to be jealous, and I'll get my complementary stickers while you may not. That shop outlet may not be a certified UCP distributor of merchandise.
