looks like a chop of a CGT with a bmw front end to me... i have to agree with Matt though... they may make another halo car but it won't be another Z8...

I heard that that could even use the V8 for the forthcoming E60 M3...

i've seen spy shots in MOTOR of a Z4 with the quad pipes from the current M3 so i dunno. would they call it the M8, beacuse the E60 coupe is supposedly called the 4-series

    I don't think it is a spyshot, it's a chop.

Who knows the way rumors fly, F1 Master, but if true it would be cool if it was a competitor to the CGT and such.

like i said on some other thread:

the chops were made by auto motor und sport, and they're rarely wrong

they say it may be named Z8 or Z9, it'll come in 2008 with new aluminium spaceframe

here's full article, unfortunately i'm not that good in german to read and translate it whole

Ack, that is no good at all. The Z8 was one of the best modern sportscars b/c it was made out of the mold, with unique styling that succinctly recalled the great 507, but still kept its modern roots in mind. That car is just lost.

To me it looks like a chop of a Carrera GT made hideous by that nasty BMW front end.
