For me, it came down to SPH and Wouter, and SPH just barely edged out the vote. Wouter's pic has some cool detail with the glowing rotor and the popped tire but SPH's motion is captured really well.

I love how alive Wouter's pic is, the tire blowing up while the car going pretty damn fast, the front brakes glowing, Niko driving, etc. Needless to say that the quality is perfect.

wouters pic edges out over all. The contrast between the blown out still tyre and the glowing disc brakes on the moving front tyre are great. A complete action shot. Well done.
