NOT positive on Germany, there are somtimes additional taxes for cars.

BUT that sounds about the right level for Value-Added-Tax ( Europes equivalent of sales tax )

This looks good but I still prefer the previous gen R32 and golfs.

P.S. I saw a new Jetta today in silver with 18" BBS rims, I have to say it did look really, really good.

This is a nice Golf, but I'll be patient for the R36.

I'd rather have the GTI. The GTI sure is more fun to drive with the 2 liter engine.

IMHO, this is a luxurous version of GTI. But I don't know who wish to have a golf for the price of a well-loaded BMW 3 series...

Anyone know if the Golf V will ever come to North America, especially Canada?

Wait til HPA get their hands on it...
Their last R32 conversion kit was 550bhp and hammered a enzo in a straight line...

It's faster than the Enzo by 0.1 seconds, not necessarily 'hammered'.

The Enzo is also naturally aspirated, while this is not, and highly-tuned.

I'm surprised that with only 550 hp that it could beat the Enzo at all. Were there massive weight reductions in the fairly heavy R32?
