    Worst Car Name

I'm looking for the worst car name in English, especially from an English-speaking company.

I think the worst is the Dodge Ramraider (!). It's a re-badged Mitsubishi Montero and, while it would be successful in ramraiding, I don't think that's their target market.

    Now it looks better

Seriously Q, he said worst names from an "English-speaking company" as in funny, stupid or bad names... Not the names of the brands that you hate... Which don't even qualify as he was actually looking for American, Australian, British, etc names.

i find it funny that no one has listed non-japanses names
He came dancing across the water
    With his galleons and guns
    Looking for the new world
In that palace in the sun
    On the shore lay Montezuma
With his cocoa leaves and pearls

Anything that an uneducated person might confuse with a section of a stadium parking lot. A8, Q45, G35.......you get the picture. But as for one with a name, I don't really like the Mirage. Sounds alright, but it is "less than it appears."

Wrong. Citroen did FWD first with the Traction Avant in 1934.

Not english speaking but I always found Mitsubishi Starion to be funny - because the Japs meant it to say Stallion.
And is it true that Pajero means 'wanker' in Spanish?

Check that, a bit of research shows Alvis actually experimented with FWD long before the Traction avant. However Traction Avant takes the cake for introducing it to the masses and putting it in Mass Production.
