I got this a week ago- I think an F1 would be about the same as a Champ car, both have much downforce

yea but the F1 has more power. it would have been the same as there not gear'd to top end they hit about 210ish before there done. the jaguar in 2000 did the 1/4 in 8.8 sec at 200 mph so it would have been about a half mile at top end

Yeah, this was an excellent issue. They had best 0-60s, 1/4th mile times and speeds then.

I think the Indy and F1 went head to head with the F1 winning just barely.
