I voted the Miura. I already loved the car, and after watching that Top Gear episode about it, I realized what the impact of this car was. This was like the first real supercar, so this car is the origin of all those great Ferraris, Lamborghini's, Bugatti's, McLaren...and so on.
And if I remember this right, this was also the first radcar with a mid engine layout (correct me if I'm wrong)
