The "What car is it?" thread

here i made this thread for all those people who are wondering what car is in a pic.theres quite a few "what is it?" threads so now all the questions can come to this one(ill be honest i got the idea from Baddabang, refer to the newest "what car is this?" thread in the asian car section) BTW if a mod could make this a sticky that'd be great

Can someone help me with this one?
Ok, I know that the name of this model is Valliant. But i cant seem to remember the name of the make.
And btw, IIRC the brand is french and this car also appears on the movie Michel Vaillant.

ive got one; while practicing with my team i ran by an odd old car best i can describe it is this, the body looked exactally like a VW beetle-everything was beetle 'cept the front. this was slightly longer than the beetles and didn't slope like a beatle's, also it had a grill
Don't bother me, I'm probably working while posting...

It may have just been a Beetle with an aftermarket front. A quote from a magazine: "The Beetle spawned what seems like a million kit car companies back in the 1960s, because it was so simple to unbolt the body and bolt on a new ... fiberglass body to the floorplan."

I've also seen a Beetle with what looked like an imitation 1940 Ford front clip on a used car lot in Cleveland, OH.

How similar was the rear ?
To some the old Morris Minor looke a bit like the beetle except the front - and the engine location

If this is the car that you are referring to, then I believe it is a Lola-Judd

I'm starting to get you, it isn't a racing car, is it? Because I can remember a wierd looking road car that Michel uses as his daily car. (in the movie I mean)
