    oh. I meant easy-to-find stores like Wal Mart or Big Lots or something. is Hobby Lobby the name of a store? Meant stores with Franchises.

    There is a bit more to it than that. You have to run an electric charge through it to get the hairs (not fluff) to stand on end when they are fired at the object.
