Did he road test it for more than a month? My neighbors had problems that required their need of being in the shop every other week with both RX-8's they tried.

I'd go with the STi, 4 door, can fit 4 adults in it, hauls ass but still is quite practical.

I'm tempted to say maybe he doesn't take care of his s*** then. Oh well, I haven't heard that much bad stuff about it.

It's been the same thing with every rotary engine, they suck oil. I think someone posted that one of thier relatives was putting in a quart every 2-3 tankfuls of gas.

I'd hate to steal this thread, but my friend's been badgering me about this car, just give me your opinions so I can forward it to him. I think this is either a scam with his BS story, or something is seriously wrong with the clutch and/or trans.http://autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ca...dist=17#vdptop

I wouldn't get that, shit goes wrong with those cars and sometimes it ain't cheap to fix.

That's what I was saying to him. I KBB'ed the stock price of a 95 GSX, and it came out to about 7k. This is probably a scam, or deceitful.

I wouldn't get any kind of rice simply for the fact that they put on stickers and those stickers will lose their hp after awhile.

If the papers are in order, not stolen or flood damaged or reconditioned...it's a steal. It's in great shape!
