    Anyone Modify A Mazda Rx8

    Has any one modified an rx8 ,are the engine specs the same as the 13b.
    I think rotormaster has one but i think its just his daily driver,any details or pics .post em in

    The valves are in a different place, making it more efficient and cleaner burning, as well as extending the life of the engine. It's the same size as the old 13B, but I don't know what the NA specs were on the old one.

    www.promaz.com - they have exhaust and ECU kits.
    Haven't heard of any heavily modded RX8s (engine wise).. I'd love to see one with a 20B conversion

    Pimento, valves on a rotary???

    There was a 20B wide body racing in the GT2 or GT3 class ( don't remember ) at mid-ohio. Damn that car was hott, I don't know if I can find it, that was an old old find. I'll look into it.

    Spiffy, I used to have the original posts on a different website of the guy building the car. That rex swaps paint with porsche's.
