McDonalds, this Chicken Teriyaki place, Wendys, Burger King, Blimpie's, Taco Bell, KFC, etc. Luckily I hit the gym 5x a week for 2 hrs a day so it balances out.
    Those aren't restaurants.

and rocke, it may seen balncing out but you have to remember those are loaded with saturated fat, which is terrible for you, so while you may not see a gain in weight, you will deffinately feel it in a decade or so

    nope.

Why do you think that ??

Do you think the only route out of Mexico is via Texas ????

THE best Mexican food I've tasted was actually in Washington State during harvest time in a little road-side place. ( and yes I've worked in Mexico City and vacationed there too )

We get pure Mexican and also Tex-Mex restaurants over here. Can't think of any "chains" thank-god !!!!!!

A visit to the chippy or an all-you-can-eat place, I went to a chinese once and had 7 plates piled high with noodles and polished it off with 12 spare ribs and 2 pints of tetley's.
