It is a bit sad that they all look soooo similar, but then again you cant blame them, why spoil something everyone loves. I felt they should have at least upped the power at least around 500, youre basically paying £60K for 2 more doors and a bit of added luxury.

Im quite content with that! My m8s Dad is a chauffuer, currently drives a A8 LWB, and his boss (owner of the vehicle) was considering getting a flying spur, but laid off it in the chance that the Rapide was produced. Dunno if it would really suit the role of being a chauffers car, but would be one hell of a nice car to drive to work. And for me, If he gets one, I can go in it. Im always in the A8 so I see no reason for me not to get in an Aston or Flying Spur lol

His boss = legend for having an A8 LWB!!

But I still think £160K is a lot to ask, when the Flying Spur, not as pretty, costs £115K. I think £45,000 is worth the relative ugliness.

I know...the A8 LWB is fvvking awesome lol...he had it for about 3 months and didnt realise that their was a 'sport' button under the bonnet which added extra HP and made it that much faster, he has the 6.0 Quattro Tip-tronic auto version aswell and for a 2 tonne car, it goes bloody fast.

Personally if i get to have a chat with his 'boss' I will tell him to get the Flying Spur and the Rapide, he has enough money to...but he just doesnt like to 'appear rich' hence why he first went for the A8, but to be honest, the depreciation that the car has had, being only 1 year old is staggering. He bought it at circa. £79000 and its now worth just over £30,000.

He could use the Flying Spur for the board meetings and the Rapide for the conferences...oh he also has a Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster which he actually drives - which makes a change - but its being repaired at the moment i believe.

    Looking good.

Wish I could say that about the Porsche Panerama and whatever BMW is working on.

I don't think the CS is bad, and more original than the Aston.
