If you want to do something wrong, do it right
First one is the Renault R25 and champion from the 2005 season.

The first one is a Renault, not sure what year. You're correct on the second one, it is a Ferrari, looks to be an F2004.
...Utah! Get me two...
Actually the first one is the R24, Renault's car from 2004. The big give away is the "hup" on the engine cover, that and the shape of the nosecone (its fatter than the R25's)
The second one is the Ferrari F2002, from the 2002 season.
Sorry, my mistake, The Ferrari is the F2003-GA...from 2003. The give away was the bubble on the sidepod flickup...also the engine cover is too swoopy to be an car from 2004 or onwards (this made me think 2002) but if you look carefully you can see the undercut on the sidepods...its definately an F2003-GA. Hope I helped!

The teams often paint their old cars in the livery of the newer ones, because they don't want to show other teams (which could be going around the motorshows) what "special things" they had at their actually car.
Special team for that was Benetton, they painted their 1992 car in the livery of 1995 and nearly nobody recognized...
You can switch painting very fast (1 or 2 days of work), so that is cheaper for them than showing their newest cars.

its definately the R24...just painted to look like the R25 for a recent car show thats all. The Ferrari in the pic has the 2005 livery on it...but its the F2003-GA.
