Volkswagen Corrado...

I found pics of the volkswagen corrado and i was looking for this car in australia and i havnt been able to find one yet ? does anybody here know if it was released in aus under a different model name... i quit like it... but i cant find it nehow maybe it was released under a different name here in aus here is a pic of a nice one i found it kinda reminds me of a maserati shimera any info on an aus version would be appreciated thankss

form what I've heard the VR6 version is a really fast car I've seen only like two here in Guatemala

They were sold as Corrado in Australia, but they are rather rare cars, specially in Australasia (I've only seen a couple).
