    GT4 Holden Monaro Drag Car

    Here's my latest work
Holden Monaro CV8 Drag Car (GT4)
    Original

    Chop

    100% Airbrushed HSV-inspired aero kit
Lovely great supercharger poking out of the bonnet
Tyre smoke is mostly airbrushed from scratch
Deep-dish dragcar style wheel on back
    Background change
All the tyre smoke around the rear wheel is airbrushed from scratch.
Also included is a high-res version, if you're interested.
    Feedback welcome!

I put a blue tint on the Monaro to better match the background it was going into. It also gives it a colder feel and ambience, which I was aiming for.
    Glad you like it.

tilt the enigne back a bit, the overdrievn supercharger and the engine look awkward, in terms of being tilted too far forward, they should be almost vertical...

    Thanks for the feedback.
@shockwaveracing - I know that the supercharger's at a bit of an angle, I was finding it rather difficult to find a decent picture of an engine poking out of a bonnet, everything was either at an even worse angle or the quality was terrible. That was the best picture I could find last night.

I use the paintbrush tool, at around 50% opacity. First I use the eyedropper to select a colour from the existing tyre smoke (the big cloud around the back of the car). Then, using a small brush I'll just sorta dab it on, in the right places, and then use the lighten/darken brush to ass the lighter and darker parts of the smoke.
