At least you can overtake the granny at an appropriate time. Not much you can do about some idiot coming the other way on the wrong side of the road because they ran out of skill.

Yeah, those trucks I really hate, especially in the snow. They think they're invulnerable in the snow and they speed everywhere. Actually, you can drive in snow fine with the right equipment. Obviously a Civic isn't going to make it through 3 feet of snow but in lightly plowed streets any car could do it with the right tires. It's actually very wreckless to drive fast in those conditions, especially in a top heavy SUV.

How about drivers who start driving at the same speed across several lanes as not to let traffic by. The left lane is for faster traffic.
I know there is no hard law against blocking traffic in this manner but I was overjoyed when, a couple of weeks ago a Police cruiser came out of nowhere and pulled next to the offending left-lane-hog and signaled him to MOVE!! HAHA that made my commute that day... wooohoo CHP.
