Close... It was actually Bangalore, India.

Josh Shimel had 144 pez dispensers on his left shelves. The square root of 144 is 12(a).

The E3 numbers of Chancellor Palpatine, C-3PO, Ki-Adi-Mundi, Clone Trooper, and Mace Windu are 14, 18, 29, 6, and 10 respectively. This adds up to 77(x).

The Chinese politician that led the Red Army to overthrow Chiang Kai-Shek is Mao Zedong. He died in 1976. If you searched for trading cards 1976 on eBay, you would narrow your search down and find that briant2012 is selling 37(y) Star Trek trading cards.

On NewKadia.com, the issue of The Fantastic Four with the matching cover is issue #57

Therefore, the correct location is 12°57'N 77°37'E, or Bangalore, India.
