    Need help finding a plane

Ok, the thing is this. I saw a show on tv about airplanes, and they featured an sovjet "air"plane that flew just above the surface of the water. Apparently it had the strongest lift ever on a plane, and could hold lots and lots of people. Now to the point: I can't seem to remember the name of the plane, and I really want some pics of it. I've tried google, but since I haven't got it's name, it's pretty hard to find anything.

Anyone that know what plane I'm talking about?

It is the plane that has produced the most lifting force ever, I think they said somewhere around 1000 tons. Don't know if it's accurate or not.

No, it's not that one. That's one hell of a big plane aswell, but that flies properly, not just over the water

If you haven't already visited this related link Parmoer you might want to. There's info, pics and video

"From the introduction you may conclude that WIG boats are a new invention, the opposite is true. The phenomenon of ground effect has already been known since the early days of aviation and just before the second world war some experimental WIG craft were built in Scandinavia."
