I finally got the pass !!! The problem was with the injectors, seems they were opening too soon/too much/closing late or some combination like that, I'm really not sure, we swapped in a fuel rail (complete with injectors) from a scrapped Integra and it ran and passed beautifully.
For anyone interested I'll post the readings, the number in bold is the limits and the numbers following are test results in order (4 in total).
