Well i'm hoping for Ferrari and my man Schumacher, but if this were money then hello Renault..

Im not too sure on driver, but between Alonso, Kimi
Definitely looking out for BMW and Toyota, can imagine them pulling a few surprises.
Im with the McLarens this year, we sold our Renault last year and have a Merc now....
Porsche!
I think McLaren will be the team to beat when their engines dont blow up, I think Renault will be keep a lot of speed and I think Williams will be very fast.

I have a feeling that Ferrari might return to the top, so:
Drivers' championship:
Schumacher
Raikkonen
Manufacturers':
Ferrari
Renault
I think Renaults gunna get it. They definately seem to be the strongest heading into Bahrain alongside Honda, but the latter cant bost Renault's record of success so it'll be all new to them if they have a race winning car.
I can see RBR and Toyota falling on their arses and Williams having high highs and low lows. At the very least those guys need to search for a new title sponsor.

And what about the Button vs Barichello fight?
It wont be one-sided, each will beat the other a couple of times, but I reckon Barichello might just do a bit better.
Porsche!
I'm pretty much with dimlight's call on what will happen, although if Button wins in Bahrain, I think we might see him fighting for the championship. I just have a feeling that the first win will open a floodgate, and I've been saying that for a very long time!
As for B v B, I think Button will come out on top. He's better set to do well: Barrichello is a race winner, but they're both very smooth and Jenson knows the Honda car/work ethic better and might just have the edge on speed. If testing is any guide it will be close, but Button will ultimately take it.

My thoughts too... McLaren has a good car, but I reckon that Alonso is the better driver. I also think that Toyota will score some podium places...Originally Posted by derekthetree

Really? I reckon it's the other way round!
I also think F1 Racing got their awards mixed up: Driver; Alonso, Car; McLaren. The McLaren broke down so many times, yes, it was faster: but what good is speed when your engine is on fire? The Renault was flawless and although I'd never say Alonso is a bad driver (!!!), I reckon Kimi is a Better Driver. Much nearer to Schumacher completeness. I like Alonso's subtlety though.
I just don't think the McLaren (or the Mercedes?) will last long enough to give Kimi the drive he deserves.

If McLaren can keep their reliability up then it'll be Kimi and Mclaren for both titles.
Ferrari will struggle in the first few 'fly-away' rounds and will then slowly become more and more competative but it'll be too little too late by then.
BMW will be mid field for the entire year.
Honda will do well for a while and then lose the plot and RB will wipe the floor with JB.
Renault and Alonso might be able to pull it off again. Fisi will show pace and then mysteriously go backwards.
Williams should do better than last year but will not be on pace with the other top teams.
Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.
