Jim, I realized that if there was any way you could come to Texas this fall, you could really spice up the Italian Car Festival. I'm 100% sure you at least know 2 or 3 owners who go.

It's not that the show is bad, it's just that there's not a whole lot of ultra rare vehicles.

One car has little to do with the other.
One is a no compromise track car, the other a timeless road-legal one-off, based on the standard Enzo engine and chassis. From this, you can make your own conclusions.

    Completely different cars and applications.

The FXX is a track only car with the complete backing of Ferrari.

The P4/5 is a one off road car.

Should be slightly quicker than the enzo with a top speed around 225 mph.

Who cares? It's a difference like flying to the moon or 20cms past the moon.

I just read an article on the car in the Dutch TopGear Magazine. Pretty damn cool and some great shots in there.

Just FTR: I think the article I read was a translation from the english article.

The striking similarity between the two cars is amazing. That the P4/5 is a modern recreation of the P3/4, is an understatement to say the least. The cues and accents that the two cars share bring both of those cars, no matter how different in their gestation, together in a beautiful way.
