Just watched that Webber video with the Infiniti....looks like a M(I'm guessing M56 sport or something).....pretty hilarious that they just carry on with the interview, while the big car(and it is a big car...) goes sideway around the turn...

That's a shame. While a rusted-out junkyard special might not have retained the structural integrity of a pristine and beautiful '59 (or lack thereof), it would have been much much easier to watch.

On the other hand, a rusted out one would probably be statistically more likely to crash and would also prove a more extreme demonstration of the risks of an old vehicle that's not been properly maintained. So there would be merit there.

Yeah, purely based on the number of janky vs. well-kept old cars on the road the banger scenario would be more likely.

Here's another one of those that I find a little more illuminating and surprising:

I know you're a Volvophile pim, so consider this my payback for the Chevy .

Love it ... "It's an all American win" ... clearly Ford used the film to try to stop the belief that only the "English GT40s" were capable of winning

Gotta love the whole 7 litres tho' !!!!

That first one looks like an original VW and oldish film, so I'm thinking NOT Chinese !
