    SLR Drawing-Art

How do you like my latest Drawing.

It is supersized. About 1,70 meters (half a meter each drawing)

No I did it just for fun. But now I am going to sell it. I am searching for an SLR owner somewhere. Maybe I find somebody.

I used usual ballpen (biro) in black for the outlines. And colorized it with COPIC Layout Markers. And for the soft shadows on the hood and the supersized sideview I used crayons. Finally fixed them with FIXATIV speciall for crayons. So the color is fixed on the papaer ... Ohhh ... the paper ... it is drawing paper (300gr./squaremeter) in light grey. So you can create lightreflections with white crayons.

A lot of work in it ... but it was worth it. ;o)))

Actually I am drawing cars for now 8 years.

For those drawings I spent about 40 hours. because of its size it took so long to color it.

For all non european user It is 27.56 inches width and 66.93 inches high (overall)

    This tooks time .... ;o))

I am looking for 300 Euros, It is about 360 US Dollar. I think it is Okay for an original drawing in that sized drawings. Took me enough time. ;o)))

Now I asked Auto-Salon-Singen in Germany if they are interested in. They are selling those SLR's and they got the contacts. And in fact I also would do their Logo on the drawing. Commercial for them ... Why not.

Beautiful drawing! I once wanted to become a car-designer, but obviously its not easy to carry out such a dream! How did you become what you are (drawer/designer)?

I am actually working for an automotive supplier as an Interior Designer.

I learned mostly (90%) of my drawing skills by myself. I started there as a technical draftsman. After they opened a Design Studio, I changed my job in the Company. I am doing for all kind of cars Interior Concept. Started from the luggage Compartment up to Body Undershields (we did it for the maybach).

I Also do renderings for the exterieur, but not for my company. I do it as a training for myself. Here is my latest Design about an Audi Sport-Off Roader for 2 Persons. I t will become an Supercrazy Interior with dolby-digital Movie center. It will be very crazy ... I ll show it after finishing. This is the first exterieur Impression.
