It's Philip Moch's recreation of Voisin Laboratoire racing car (1923). It was the first monocoque GP car. Voisin applied aviation engineering to his cars, which were always very aerodynamic but also underpowered and suffered from lack of developement. Unfortunately, none of the original Laboratoires survived.

It's not denial. I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

The aviation engineers must have come up with that propelle in front of the air duct .
And what's that tube in the front that looks like a gun (which would of course be handy in races especially with an underpowered car) .

shut up before you create a hole in the universe.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.

Of course, why didn't I think of that considering that the car is from the 20's.

Russko-Baltickij Wagonnyj Zawod. Latvian cars from pre-WW1 time (1909-1915). Around 10 models, all based on other cars (e.g. Fondu, Rex Simplex). Had numerous rally successes, participated in the first Rallye Monte Carlo. Planned to build Hispano-Suiza licensed cars for the Eastern European market, but failed because of the war outbreak. Alltogether about 3500 cars were made.
In the 1920s the factory built cars named Prombron.
    Next question please

The propellor is not driven by the engine to force air through the radiator. In contrary, the propellor drives the water pump, driven by the airflow while driving the car!

Below, a period picture of the Voisin Laboratoire
