It has to be the Porsche 911! Sporty, yet functional...like a (rich) "family" sports car.

911 has barely any room for a backseat. i've been in one doin 100 MPH in a 911 Turbo 996. im guessing theses are all meant to be lower priced cars around under $100, 000

As a competent sportscar, the Porsche 911 no doubt. However for me the Jaguar XKR (I'm assuming you mean the one that has just gone out of production) is a lot more desirable.

I would've excluded the Merc CLK and maybe list a Maser or something. The CLK is after all just a 2-door C Class. Not bad, but nothing special IMO.
911 will probably always be a benchmark. New Aston AM V8 is also a candidate, though I heard it's not too roomy.

Not all of these are sports cars.
I would prefer the Jag. It's classy, comfy and fast on a straight line!!

    OK,

    1) Can you actually fit people in the back of a 911
    2) Out of production, so it's not "new"
    3) The 645 has been replaced by the 650
    4) Not new, and the 55 is better
    5) See above

    And finally...

    6) Please stop with all these polls

Saw your pics of the NY auto show which proves you have access to a camera, and can reproduce photos over the net

So is there *any chance* that you might finally oblige those many requests for proof-of-ownership pics of the Austin Healey you have repeatedly claimed to own? You know the A-H I'm talking of - its the one with those "6 spoke knockoffs"

the mercedes CL & bmw 650 are great but best of all would be a Ferrari 612. i think that the best would be Aston's Rapide sports car even though it has four doors.

He's going to completely avoid that post, trust me. It'll be as if he'd never seen it. I should lock this thread until he responds.
