Here you can get your linsense at 16 yrs 1 month and 1 day if you've had your permit for at least 60 days and the written test is really easy and the drive test consists of 4 right turns and 4 left turns. After 90 days with your lisense you can have people in your car.

In VA its permit after a test and at 15 and 6 months then licence a year later after like 40 hours of in car with anyone thats licenced over 18 or a instructor
