Do you mean because it was too stiff ? THat's a setting.
OR do you mean that it "torque steered" - ie putting power down in corners it was stiffer to turn wheel ? Well that's what happens in real life

I did tend to find that some GAMES ( even some sims ) use FF as "bling" -- so you get to feel kerbs and bumps etc.
REAL sims support FF so well that you can feel the fronts start to wash out on understeer LONG before it's visible.

well the idea for force feedback should not just be for bumps and stuff, it should model the phenomenon as Carroll Smith said, the steering just goes "light and funny" as the self aligning torque on the front goes past peak....

My G25 has shipped and will be with me tomorrow.
Will have to cancel a few meetings to fit in the important time to bed it in
Got GPL, TOCA2, GT-L, GTR2 and the demo of WTCC along with RBR and CMR4, going to be a busy day

    one word - AWESOME

Easy to heel and toe for me and left foot brake.
The variable pedal resistance is fine - not as good as ff on pedals, but I guess we'll need to wait a long time for that

    VERY well made and weighty.
Don't have a problem with the paddles, which attracted some criticism in the early reviews.

Only minor being the gearstick feels a little flimsy AND I will need to wire in an external switch and make my own handbrake !!!

WELL worth the (lots of) money !!!!!

I've even been enjoying a little bit of drifting with NFS-Carbon

I'm going to pick one up in a week or two...I have another cheaper wheel by logitech, which was a waste of money IMO...it makes steering the vehicle quite difficult. The G25, however, looks awesome

Direct from Logitech with £40 off
    £160 delivered to the door.
    GPL is excellent.

Still not quite comfortable with the FF as it's slightly different from my MS Sidewinder wheel.
Been hooning around in NFS Carbon in a muscle car doing drifting -- all the "bad" things
    RBR is up next ......

Mine has been sent today and should get here tomorrow!

cars with 7 gears have flappy pedal gearboxes, so when you want to achieve realism, you should use the flaps..

dont start with truck crap or some 1910 car with 10 gears :P
