Either that or they let you in part way, block up the hole with their arse then try to kick your head against the roof of the burrow. Best bet if you annoy one is to climb a tree until they get bored.

They dig large enough burrows for a human to wander freely in and out at their leisure? I would employ wombats to build me an underground mansion in that case. I'll lure them with Corollas.
