    Observe this simple timeframe.

0 secs- take bowl out of cupboard
5 secs- get box of cornflakes
    8 secs- open
    10 secs- pour into bowl
15 secs- go to fridge to get milk
30 secs- pour milk on cornflakes
35 secs- put milk back in fridge
    50 secs- put cornflakes back
    55 secs- grab spoon
    1 minute- dig in.

Problem solved. Adding sugar adds another 10 secs onto this

    There we go!

For me, it's just as simple. Stick a couple of bagels in the toaster, and whilst they're toasting, pack the schoolbag, they pop up, shove a bit of butter on, run out of the house eating them

Although I've scared a few drivers by appearing with a bagel in each hand, whilst on my bike

Take a leaf out of my best-selling book. Don't have breakfast!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It's the fuel that keeps your going throughout the day, and if you don't eat it you'll perform nowhere near your best. Breakfast kickstarts your brain into action, and the energy is useful. Not a good move.

Just so long as you know it!

*shrugs* Shreddies don't take long to prepare... and Frosted/Chocolate Shreddies are tastier, more likely to give you diabetes, AND give you energy.

They taste much better toasted! And... our toaster has a 'Bagel' button, so I use it as much as possible
