These are Triumph's but i don't know their exact names. (the yellow one is a Spitfire, right?)

The Yellow is a Spitfire yes and the red is a Triumph Vitesse, Mk2 Vitesse.

While authentic AC Schnitzer parts, I'm 90% it's not.
The AC Schnitzer of that 5 Series was the AC Sch. S5 V8.
Being a 540i, though it is close given the S5 V8 was to increase the 540i's power.
