    It is indeed the Panther De Ville, actually a very rare 2-door convertible version. Most of the roughly 60 cars produced were 4-door limousines and convertibles. Only a few had this body version. In it's time (1974-1985) it was considered one of the most luxury cars in the world, with price around 100,000 GBP.
