    ferrari owner, new here. hi

i've owned 3 nsx's in the past. my last one was a twin turbo.
i recently sold it and purchased an '89 328 gts.
i'm not too happy with it so it's up for sale... it obviously doesn't compare at all to the nsx in performance but i bought it anyway to see what all the "soul and heritage" deal was all about. it didn't amount to much. i'll be getting yet another nsx.

this forum seems to be pretty friendly... i just wanted to say hi.

edit: removed pics. didn't mean for you guys to think those were my cars. i just found 2 pics from online as a side by side view of the 2 cars.

Hey there mate, that is a really nice NSX.

    Ferrari is looking good aswell.

What exactly made you go for the '89 328 gts over numerous other cars after you sold the NSX?

If you have more nice pics (hi-res), you can post them.

He doesn't know what egg-nog is.

Welcome to UCP! I'm usually the first to initiate this, and often the most critical of owners' cars. If you could, grab a piece of paper, write down "Nick 75, Egg Nog Test for UCP" on it, and stab it over the shifter of your car(s). Then snap a picture and post it up here. It's our little form of proof.

Great NSX, very nice. Have you already considered to buy a newer Ferrari like a 355, witch is more reliable and powerfull than a 328

All comments should be left for after this procedure, since the presentation was a bit uncommon. Never seen a new member arrive to the forums and shout: "Fiat Punto owner here".
Just a quick question Nick: why so much pride about being a Ferrari owner when you just proved yourself it was a bad choice?

    Welcome to UCP.

Welcome to UCP. Not to be smart or anything but Honda didn't put turbos in NSX's unless of course you modified it to be so. If so, I'd love to see pictures of it (along with that egg-nog of course).

sorry for the confusion guys. i wasn't clear. those were not pictures of my cars. just posted 2 pics from online for reference.

why so much pride about being a Ferrari owner when you just proved yourself it was a bad choice?
didn't mean to imply "ferrari pride". i simply said i was a ferrari owner. i'm quite unhappy with the whole experience.

yes... modified. very low boost... 5lbs

Have you already considered to buy a newer Ferrari like a 355, witch is more reliable and powerfull than a 328
yes.. and i searched for 6 months for the right one at the right price. i got tired of looking and bought a pristine 328 instead.

Should have come here, man. While Lamborghini Dallas mostly gets in Maranellos and Modenas, we do have 2 355s. Boardwalk Ferrari though gets a fair share of used 355s. You just have to ask to see them.

Very nice collection you have had, shame about your opinion on the Ferrari.

I hope you dont mind me asking but what do you do for a living to have so many nice cars throughout the years?

Welcome to UCP, hope you like it and stick around. Just out of curiosity, what haven't you liked about the 328?

You seem to have ignored the egg-nog challenge? You up for it?

That's cool. A great handling car like that with that bit of a power boost really should be quick. No wonder you prefer the NSX's.
